We want you to feel great about everything you purchase from the FORT ProShop. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return for store credit, as long as the following guidelines are met.

Final Sale Items
All food & beverage, shoes, and paddles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way
  
• Items not returned in their original packaging or condition
  
• Final sale or clearance items marked as such at the time of purchase
  

Store Credit Returns

• Returns are accepted for store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date
  
• Store credit will be issued as a FORT ProShop gift card and does not expire
  
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
  

To ensure fairness for all customers, we reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the guidelines above.

• Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
