Camp Fort is where kids come to play pickleball, make friends, and have an unforgettable summer.

Our Monday–Friday camp is all about fun, movement, and pickleball. Whether your child is brand new to the game or already loves being on the court, every day is packed with exciting drills, games, and friendly matches.

Camp FORT FAQ

What are the daily activities?

Each day at Pickleball Camp at The Fort is packed with fun, movement, and time on the court—all centered around learning and playing pickleball.

Campers can expect a mix of:

  • Skill-Building Drills – Learning the basics like serving, rallying, footwork, and scoring in a fun and easy-to-follow way
  • Guided Coaching Sessions – Coaches help kids improve their technique while keeping things positive and encouraging
  • Games & Match Play – Friendly games that let campers practice what they’ve learned and build confidence
  • Mini Competitions – Fun challenges and team-based games that keep the energy high
  • Breaks & Social Time – Time to relax, recharge, and make new friends between sessions

Every day is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and excited to play, whether they’re picking up a paddle for the first time or already love the game.

The focus is simple: play more pickleball, have more fun, and leave each day smiling.

What should campers bring?

Campers should bring their snack and lunch daily, a water bottle, sunscreen, and a cap. All belongings should be clearly marked with the child’s name.

What should they wear to camp?

Campers are required to wear their camp shirt each day of camp. They should wear athletic shorts and sneakers.

Does my child need any pickleball experience?

No, kids of all athletic abilities and levels can enjoy our camp. Pickleball will be taught by experienced coaches.

What happens if it rains before or during camp?

Camp will still run as scheduled. Pickleball Camp will take place on our covered courts.

Does my child need their own pickleball paddle?

No, we provide starter/learning paddles for all campers. We have paddles available for sale at registration or at the ProShop.

What is your camp cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy: Camps are refundable up to 45 days in advance, less a $50 processing fee per week cancelled.  After 45 days in advance, we can offer a credit IF we are able to fill the spot, less the $50 processing fee per week cancelled. Camps are otherwise non-refundable. 

What safety measures are in place?

Campers are never left unsupervised and coaches continually do head counts throughout the day.

What are the staff credentials?

Our coaches go through a Level 2 background check and are trained by our head coach on all safety precautions. All of our staff has experience with sports and are of college age or older.
